Selseleh is located to the north of Khoram Abad and west of Borujerd. The city of Alishtar, 43 km. north of Khoram Abad is its center. The presence of many natural springs and rivers have provided lush green pastures in the area along with the pleasant weather conditions that envelope the same.
Clans such as Hosnuvand and Qala'ie are important tribes of this region.
