The original dome dates to the Eilkhani period, but the surrounding porches and the enterance vestibule dates back to the Qajar era. The mausoleum is made of bricks, and devoid of any tile works. The dome has a double covering and is six-sided at the base, changing to a cylindrical form at the top.
