Qarah Chay (Shara') River

This river originates from the Emarat Water Basin, Eskan Abbas Abad, Kalleh and Nahr Mian. On the other hand it means that it originates from the Sarband heights in the southwestern exterior of the province. After irrigating Sarband it enters the village of Shera and ends up in the salt desert. Before leaving the province specially at its place of origin, this river creates beautiful scenes. The beauty of these scenes, specially in Sarband region is very high. Furthermore, the dam which has been built near Saveh on the course of this river, has created recreational possibilities.
