Bazangan village is situated in a plain area in the Sarakhs township and located 128 km. east of Mashad. The Bazangan Mountain is located 6 km. to the west and south of the village. It experiences a dry, temperate climate and historical sites such as: Bazangan historical fort, mausoleum of Gol or Kol Bibi, (Mosques) of the upper quarters and lower quarters exists in this village.
