Kazem Historic House - Bastak
Bastak is a historical city located in Hormozgan province in the south of Iran. Bastak has been famous as a Caravanserai city due to being placed in the rout of passengers and caravans since ancient times, as well as being the birthplace of great regional celebrities in the west of Hormozgan.

It has Located in a mountainous region, and has a long historical and political history and was once the center of Jahangiriyah government. Its cultural, religious, and commercial significance over the past centuries has created a central role for the city in the region, and its architects have expanded their architectural style beyond the "surrounding areas" and expanded their style to Bandar Lengeh and many of the northern coasts and islands of the Persian Gulf.

Since 1890, along with the widespread migration of Iranian Bastak merchants to Dubai, a neighborhood with a specific texture for their residence was built by Bastak architects and named Albastkieh according to Iranian Bastak. Although the influence footprint of the Bastak architecture on the other side of the Persian Gulf is not only confined to albastacactrian-Dubai, and the architecture style of Bastak has been an important and inclusive style in both sides of Persian Gulf.

Bastak people speak Achaemenes dialect of Bastak which Is from the southwestern Persian language category and has preserved many beautiful Persian words and combinations in their dialect. Bastak was traditionally part of the region of Irahistan. Bastak's inhabitants are mainly Sunni Muslim and speak Larestani language.The Bastaki accent of Larestani language is very similar to the Khonji, Gerashi and Fedaghi accents.
