Yazd’s tourism chief has said over 500 historical monuments and sites underwent restoration in the central Iranian province during the past Iranian calendar year (ended on March 20).
Over the past couple of years, religious rituals have attracted more foreign travelers as spectators to Iran’s Yazd province.
Standing tall in Iran’s Yazd province, Jameh Mosque of Fahraj, which dates over 1400 years, is of great significance as one of the oldest extant mosques in Iran.
